“The untold story of the Witches of OZ” tells the tale of two different girls from the Land of Oz before the innocent girl of Kansas shows up in Munchkinland. One of the girls is born smart and feisty with emerald green skin, and is an outcast. The other is socially accepted, ambitious and beautiful. WICKED is the story of how these two girls with different personalities become Glinda the Good Witch and the Wicked Witch of the West.
Following a $54 million restoration in 2004, theatre lovers from all over New England continue to flock to the Boston Opera House – a Boston landmark regarded as an architectural masterpiece and the region’s most significant historic performing arts venue.
