Benedict with Poached Duck Eggs, Hollandaise Sauce and Duck Confit Hash; Brioche French Toast with Rhubarb, Strawberry, Almond Mascarpone and Vermont Maple Syrup; and Mom’s Leek and Goat Cheese Quiche with Dressed Greens.
