Halloween in Boston

With its long and colorful history, naturally Boston is the perfect place to be on Halloween night, because there are plenty of chances for ghosts to come out of the woodwork. The Liberty Hotel in Beacon Hill—one of Boston’s oldest and most beautiful neighborhoods — offers a very special Halloween event on October 27, 2012. Our Alfred Hitchcock’s “The Birds” Halloween Party offers the perfect opportunity to throw on your costume, whether it’s spooky, sexy, or in keeping with the movie’s theme. Wouldn’t you look splendid in Rod Taylor’s suit or Tippi Hedren’s mussed-up French twist? And don’t forget those devilish birds as sartorial accessories. The party includes three levels of DJ entertainment, including DJ7L, DJ Michael Savant, and DJ Hectic. There will also be awe-inspiring aerial performances, specialty drinks, and much more. The party begins at 8 p.m. and goes until the freaks come out at night, around 2 a.m. Tickets are $30, and you must be at least 21 years old.
Don’t feel like navigating home during the witching hour? Book the Liberty Hotel’s “The Birds” Halloween Package, which includes luxury overnight accommodations, tickets for two to “The Birds” Halloween Party, coveted complimentary parking, and two frightfully sumptuous Bloody Mary vouchers.
